The XLAB Stage is where coaches, PTs, and practitioners can level up their skills in business, coaching, and behaviour change. With a focus on cutting-edge insights, it attracts a large crowd eager to learn. This year’s programme is packed with valuable lessons for anyone looking to take their expertise to the next level.

The Business Stage is where gym owners and managers learn the strategies to drive success in the fitness industry. With a 400-seat capacity, it’s designed for those eager to hear from top mentors on leadership, sales, marketing, finance, and mindset. Curated by our Advisory Board, the programme features the UK’s leading mentors.

The Auditorium is the main stage at PerformX, hosting keynotes, panels, and masterclasses from top talent, all curated by our Advisory Board. Past speakers include Steven Bartlett, Ben Francis, Amir Khan, Gabby Logan, and Barry Hearn. This year’s lineup is our strongest yet. With 600 seats and standing room, it’s the busiest stage, attracting the industry’s leaders. It’s where big ideas and opportunities unfold.

The PerformX VIP Club, brought to you by REP Fitness, is where the industry’s brightest minds come to connect, collaborate, and recharge. Think of it as your exclusive, behind-the-scenes sanctuary: designed for 800+ high-level decision-makers from the top fitness and wellbeing brands like Everlast, Third Space, Accor, everyone active, David Lloyd and more. The Coaching Zone, powered by Pure Energy Music, is where science-backed coaching comes to life. It’s a hands-on space for personal trainers to deep-dive into the practical elements of coaching, with a series of actionable workshops over two days. Expect constant energy as professionals sharpen their skills.
